Cancellation & Refund Structure

If you wish to cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing via email. The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of days between the date of cancellation and the date of your trip's departure.

How to Request a Cancellation

Processing of Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment used for the booking.

Exceptions to the Policy

• Non-Refundable Services: Certain services such as flight tickets, special permits, or specific non-refundable hotel bookings are not eligible for a refund. This will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
• Trip Alterations: If you decide to shorten your trip or alter the itinerary after the trip has commenced, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the services.
• Force Majeure: In the event of a cancellation due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, road blockades), we will offer a credit note for a future trip but will not be liable for a cash refund.
